Q: So, who are you?
A: The name my folks gave me is Don O Cook. Hence the reason why I go by Doc in the title bar. I'm in my early 30s and have only recently taken up cartooning at the urging of a friend already in the web comic business. It's been quite fun so far and it's nice to see a hobby attract a cult following.

Q: What is Every Day Is Halloween?
A: EDiH is about a bunch of monsters, who normally only get let loose in the real world on Halloween; suddenly find themselves stranded. They don't know why. They don't know how to get back. And worst of all, they have to cope with the real world on terms that are no longer their own. Luckily, human disbelief in monsters has given them a shield, of sorts. Most humans see monsters as other humans. So, Johnny Pumpkinseed and the gang haven't been turned into pitchfork-cushions just yet.

Q: What is Stellar Worlds?
A: Stellar Worlds is my playground for science, Astronomy and fake moon landings. It originally was supposed to run as a comic for Slacker Astronomy and due to technical problems ended up here. That and I pretty much strayed from astronomy right out of the gate. My bad.

Q: What is the Deranged Comics update schedule?
A: That's a complicated question. The short answer is whenever the hell I feel like it. I get enough grief over keeping a schedule at the day job. That said, I usually update a couple times week at least. Usually on a Monday. I do try and update more often but I work full time and there's only so much time in the day.
